These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Foodr mobile application ("App") and any related services provided by Mobile Application Developer ("Mobile Application Developer", "us", "we" or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the App.
2. Description of service
Foodr is a food pantry management app that allows users to share food with others in their community. The App provides a platform for users to post listings of excess food items available for sharing and for other users to claim and pick up those items.
3. User accounts
In order to use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User conduct
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable
- Upload or transmit any viruses or other malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the App
5. Content
Users are solely responsible for the content they post on the App. By posting content, you grant Foodr a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute your content on the App.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of your information. By using the App, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
In no event shall Foodr or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
8. Modifications to terms
Foodr reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
9. Disclaimer of liability for food-related issues
Foodr provides a platform for users to share food, but we do not assume any responsibility for the quality, safety, or suitability of the food shared through the App. We are not liable for any food-related issues, including but not limited to food poisoning, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction with the quality of the food.
Users are solely responsible for assessing the safety and suitability of any food they receive through the App. Foodr recommends that users exercise caution and use their best judgment when sharing or consuming shared food items.
Foodr is not responsible for any food waste resulting from the use of the App. Users are encouraged to share food responsibly and to ensure that surplus food is used or disposed of in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
10. Release of liability
By using the Foodr mobile app, you agree to release Foodr and its affiliates from any liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to any food-related issues or disputes with other users.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Foodr and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or any violation of these Terms.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

This website provides information about the Foodr app. The content on this website is provided for general information only. Product names, features and screenshots are the property of their respective owners and are used with permission.
